Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btk1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the btk1 website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, promotional offers, and all associated payment and account services.

By completing the registration process, accessing the btk1 login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on btk1, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

btk1 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

Use of the btk1 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from btk1 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, btk1 or any of its affiliated service providers in a role that creates a conflict of interest.

btk1 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any outstanding balance held pending resolution of the verification process.

Account Registration

To access the full range of btk1 services, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active btk1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Account ownership: Your btk1 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual.
• Currency: All btk1 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may not hold or operate accounts in any other currency.

btk1 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btk1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

btk1 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique password not used for any other online service;
• Never share your OTP with anyone, including persons claiming to represent btk1 support;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Contact btk1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

btk1 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your btk1 account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised activity and will stand as settled transactions.

Deposits

The following terms apply to all deposits made to your btk1 account:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: btk1 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your btk1 account.
• Third-party payments: Deposits from payment sources not registered to the account holder are strictly prohibited. btk1 reserves the right to return such deposits and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• Processing time: Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your btk1 balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Card deposit processing times may vary.
• Currency: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Deposit limits: btk1 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via their account dashboard.

btk1 does not accept cash deposits or bank wire transfers from individual players. Any funds received through unapproved channels will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your btk1 account:

• Verified accounts only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification to btk1's satisfaction. Pending verification requests will cause withdrawal processing to be held until the verification process is complete.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to the verified primary wallet registered to your btk1 account. btk1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your btk1 account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. These limits are subject to change and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus-derived funds: Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credit are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions specified in the relevant bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

btk1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting photographic identification, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, btk1 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to its players. The following general terms apply to all btk1 promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit a promotion through coordinated or systematic wagering, use of multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for potential termination.
• btk1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, including where it identifies abuse or suspects that the promotional terms are being circumvented.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Promotional offers made via WhatsApp, live chat, or email are subject to the same general bonus terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer communication.

Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of both the general bonus terms set out here and the specific terms of the individual promotion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the btk1 platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed by the btk1 system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except where btk1 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of a system error, data feed failure, or technical fault that affects the outcome or odds of a bet or casino game, btk1 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This determination will be made at btk1's sole discretion.
• Suspicious activity: btk1 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular activity that undermines the integrity of the event.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These limits are published within the relevant betting market or game rules. btk1 will not be obligated to pay any amount in excess of the stated maximum payout for a given market or game.
• Live casino: All live casino games offered on btk1 are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. Game outcomes are determined by those studios' certified systems. btk1 is not responsible for studio-side technical faults but will work with the provider to resolve disputes in good faith.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btk1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on btk1;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using another person's identity or payment credentials;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play in casino games;
• Attempting to launder money or use the btk1 platform as a vehicle for any unlawful financial transaction;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match fixing or sports manipulation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing btk1 staff or other users via any communication channel.

btk1 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. The platform cooperates with law enforcement and financial intelligence agencies where legally required to do so.

Intellectual Property

All content on the btk1 platform — including but not limited to the btk1 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of btk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btk1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreation. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any btk1 content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on btk1 content;
• Use btk1's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the btk1 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of btk1's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btk1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the btk1 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made by the player;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond btk1's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security;
• Errors in odds, game results, or market data caused by third-party data providers;
• Losses caused by events of force majeure, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.

btk1's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits btk1's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

btk1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its players seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players via their account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your btk1 account.

• The player has provided false information during registration or verification;
• The account has been used for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is terminated for cause, btk1 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting btk1 support. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe following the closure request.

Amendments to These Terms

btk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btk1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification or the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the btk1 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

btk1 may also publish supplementary terms covering specific features, promotions, or services. In the event of any conflict between supplementary terms and these general Terms, the supplementary terms will take precedence in respect of the specific feature or promotion to which they relate.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the btk1 platform's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, bonus, or account action, you should contact btk1 customer support in the first instance. btk1 commits to investigating all disputes thoroughly and responding within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes regarding game outcomes on third-party studio titles (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi) may require escalation to the relevant game provider.

btk1 operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes player complaints seriously. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of btk1's internal dispute resolution process, you may seek independent legal advice in your jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and btk1 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
